Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Critical Care/ICU position in Massachusetts, requiring a minimum of 2 years of CCU/ICU experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Night shift schedule, 7p–7a, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Critical care unit serving a diverse patient population including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, medically unstable, and acutely ill patients
• Patients require Q1H or more frequent monitoring, assessment, and interventions
• No on-call responsibilities
• Epic EMR experience required
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are eligible at a reduced pay rate

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required (MA Temp License accepted); must remain current through the duration of the assignment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start
• Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• DOB and full Social Security Number required for consideration
• COVID-19 medical or religious exemption documentation required at time of consideration if applicable

Additional Information

• Provide intensive nursing care to critically ill patients requiring frequent monitoring and complex interventions across a varied patient population
• Former permanent staff of this facility are not eligible to return as travelers under any circumstances
• RTO is limited to no more than 7 days during the assignment
• Blue scrubs are recommended, though no specific scrub color is mandated
