Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an LTAC ICU position in Kentucky, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule on night shift.

Details

  • Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) ICU setting
  • Night shift hours: 19:00–07:30
  • Rotating schedule of 36/48 hours per week (alternating 3x12 and 4x12 weeks, equaling 84 hours per two-week period)

Requirements

  • Active KY or Compact RN license currently in hand — no exceptions
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Valid driver's license with address matching permanent address required for consideration
  • 2 professional references required: at least 1 Charge Nurse or higher and 1 supervisor, both completed within the last year

Additional Information

  • Must be willing and able to commit to the rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule — inability to accept this schedule may result in cancellation
  • Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Up to 7 days of RTO may be considered; all RTO must be disclosed upfront and no changes will be accepted after submission
  • Must be available to work at least one major or minor holiday per contract
  • Travelers who have previously worked with this health system must take a minimum 6-month break after one year before being eligible to return
  • Travel pairs are accepted on a limited basis; paired travelers will not be placed on the same shift or unit
