Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health position in New Hampshire, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic EMR proficiency.
Details
- Home health setting with community-based patient visits
- Approximately 6 patient visits per day
- Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
- Weekend rotation required as needed
- No call or float requirements
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active NH state RN license or compact license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross only
- Minimum 2 years of RN home health experience required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Ability to perform patient admissions and complete OASIS assessments
- Professional references required (candidates may begin with one reference on file while the second is pending)
Additional Information
- Conduct home health visits including patient admissions and OASIS assessments
- Orientation is 8 hours
- Any color scrubs are accepted
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted but at a reduced local rate
- Former employees of any facility associated with SolutionHealth are not eligible, regardless of length of separation or time previously worked
