Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN in the Franklin/Macon County area, requiring home health and hospice experience along with an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

Home health setting serving the Franklin/Macon County area
Branch caseload of approximately 100 patients
Typical patient ratio of 5-6 patients per day
Uses HCHB documentation system
Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call responsibilities rotate every 6-7 weeks, covering one week of nights (5pm-8am) plus that weekend
No night visits are made from this office
Reliable personal vehicle required for patient visits

Requirements

Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
Home health and hospice experience required
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Provide skilled home health nursing care to patients in their homes
Navy blue or navy/white scrubs required for nursing staff
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
