Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week post-acute care assignment using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Details
- Post-acute care setting within a physical therapy unit
- Day shifts, 8 hours per day; no weekends or holidays
- 40 hours per week
- Charting is completed using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- No on-call or call-back shifts available
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Active PT license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
- Driver's license required for consideration
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
- Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate
