Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - PACU for a 13-week travel contract in Colorado, requiring a minimum of 2 years of PACU experience and an active CO or Compact RN license.
Details
- Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting within a hospital environment
- Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts with rotating evening and weekend call
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CO or Compact RN license, currently in good standing, required
- Minimum 2 years of RN PACU experience required
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
- Date of birth (DOB) or Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration
- Candidate's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
Additional Information
- Plans and coordinates delivery of quality nursing care in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
- Works cooperatively with clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice
- A CAPS (Colorado Adult Protective Services) background check is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain — candidates should begin this process promptly
