Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a flexible rotating night shift schedule.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a regional medical center setting
• Night shift schedule rotating between 3x12 and 4x12 hours per week (84 hours per two-week pay period), 19:00–07:30
• Candidates must be willing and able to commit to the rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license currently in hand — no exceptions
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Valid driver's license with address matching permanent residence required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: at least 1 Charge Nurse or higher and 1 supervisor, both completed within the last year
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be considered; all RTO must be disclosed upfront and no changes will be accepted after submission
• Must be available to work at least one major or minor holiday during the contract
• Travelers who have worked within this health system for one year or more must take a minimum 6-month break before being eligible to return
• Travel pairs are accepted on a limited basis; paired travelers will not be placed on the same shift or unit
