Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for an evening shift position at a large academic medical center with a Level I Trauma program, requiring ARRT-CT certification and experience with GE, Siemens, and PACS systems.

Details

  • Large academic medical center with approximately 1,000 beds, including 200 dedicated pediatric beds
  • Level I Trauma program with a broad CT caseload including cardiac, oncology, trauma, pain management, and interventional cases
  • Imaging environments include outpatient, inpatient, CT intervention, pain management, portable neuro CT, portable OR, dedicated ED CT, and pediatric/neonatal imaging
  • 5x8-hour evening shifts, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • ARRT-CT certification required
  • Experience with GE, Siemens, and PACS systems required (hard requirement)
  • 2 years of CT experience highly preferred
  • NC state license or Compact license required if applicable
  • 1 supervisory professional reference from within the past year required for consideration
  • Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
  • Flu vaccine required (October 31–March 31, no exemptions)
  • Fit test required

Additional Information

  • Perform CT imaging across a wide range of clinical settings including ED, OR, outpatient, inpatient, and portable environments
  • Pediatric and neonatal imaging is part of the scope of practice at this facility
  • Orientations are held on a biweekly schedule
  • Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and will be offered a reduced pay rate
