Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Radiology Technologist for a night shift weekend position at an acute care hospital in Richmond, VA, requiring ARRT (R) certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- 466-bed acute care hospital, main building Radiology department
- Procedures include all X-rays and general radiology procedures
- GE imaging equipment in use
- Meditech EMR system
- 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Friday through Sunday
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
- ARRT (R) and current BLS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- Active Virginia state license required if applicable
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)

- Perform general diagnostic X-rays and radiology procedures in an acute care hospital setting
- Steel gray scrubs required

Cons
Resources for your unit some are helpful others are not. If you have to use a timesheet for your pay the CNC doesn’t like that hopefully agency can upgrade that.
