Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Seaside, OR area, requiring at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and OASIS proficiency.
Details
- Home health setting serving Seaside, OR and surrounding areas
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
- Caseload of up to 6 patients per day at a 1:1 ratio, with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points per day
- Daily drive time is minimized through strategic client grouping, with an occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60–90 minutes total drive time) per day
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Charting via Epic Remote Client (laptop) and Rover app (mobile); OASIS documentation required
- Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health PT experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic EMR experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Active PT license required if applicable
- Primary COVID-19 vaccination series plus one booster required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted; candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are considered local and may be eligible at the same rate
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot be located within 50 miles of the submitting facility
- Business casual attire required; scrubs are permitted in any color, but jeans are not allowed
- RTO is minimal — a few days may be approved, but significant RTO requests may impact consideration
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting are required for consideration
- SSN and DOB are required for consideration
