Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with 2+ years of experience for a general ultrasound position at an acute care facility in Pennsylvania.

Details

Work in a general ultrasound unit performing diagnostic sonography exams across designated anatomical areas
Rotating shifts available: nights (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) and days (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), each 8 hours
10-week contract

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in general ultrasound/sonography required
Valid state license or certification required if applicable
2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams of designated anatomy according to physician specifications and established protocols, with latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative
Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted but at a different rate than travel candidates
