Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Panama City, FL, requiring 2 years of CT experience and ARRT(R)(CT) certification.

Details

• Work in the CT Scan department of a 275-bed acute care hospital in Panama City, FL
• Procedures include all routine CT exams and CTA studies (Head, Carotids, Abdomen, Chest, and Runoff); no cardiac imaging
• Transporter support available on shift
• GE CT equipment in use
• Documentation systems include Meditech, Envision Connect, and Centricity PACS
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday through Sunday
• No floating required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
• ARRT(R)(CT) and BLS required
• Ability to scan independently across a full range of routine CT and CTA procedures
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Two professional references required (Florida position)
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform all routine CT procedures and CTA studies including Head, Carotids, Abdomen, Chest, and Runoff independently
• Hospital holds Joint Commission Top Performer recognition in multiple care areas and is an accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI capability
• Black scrubs required
• Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
