Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position requiring strong Pediatric ICU and cardiovascular experience with Epic proficiency.
Details
- Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) setting within a children's hospital
- Day and night 12-hour shifts available: 7:00am–7:30pm or 7:30pm–7:00am
- Schedule includes Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
- Some holiday coverage required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA BLS and PALS certifications required
- Strong Pediatric ICU experience required with at least 1 year of cardiovascular (CV) experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the assignment
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply provided they have at least 3 years of experience in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Candidates with strong Level II PICU experience may be considered
- Telemetry test must be completed and passed before being cleared to begin the assignment
