Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position requiring strong Pediatric ICU experience, at least 1 year of CV experience, and Epic proficiency.
Details
- High-acuity pediatric cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) setting within a children's hospital
- Evening/night shifts, 12 hours per shift (19:00–07:30)
- Schedule runs Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required on assigned holidays
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA) and PALS
- Strong Pediatric ICU experience required
- Minimum 1 year of cardiovascular (CV) nursing experience required
- First-time travelers must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Candidates with strong Level II experience may be considered
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Must pass a telemetry competency test prior to starting the assignment
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply provided they meet the high-acuity experience requirements
