Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and required Siemens or Philips scanner proficiency for an evening shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital in California.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 320 staffed beds
• CT Scan unit
• 4x10 hour evening shifts from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
• Weekends are required and may exceed every other weekend based on unit need
• 13-week assignment
• Meditech EMR; Epic experience also required
• Free parking available on-site

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Experience with Siemens or Philips CT scanners is required — no exceptions
• Hospital experience preferred
• Active ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable
• First-time travelers will be considered with 3 or more years of hospital experience

Additional Information

• Travelers may be required to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Scrub color for Imaging staff is Navy Blue
• Scheduling preferences may be considered but are not guaranteed; requests related to additional outside employment will not be accommodated
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility should inquire about local rate eligibility
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Minimal RTO is expected for this position; excessive RTO requests may impact candidacy
• Any RTO or scheduling requests must be submitted upfront; post-offer requests may be denied
