Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Radiologic Technologist with 2+ years of experience and strong cardiac, trauma, and stroke imaging background for an inpatient assignment at a Level I trauma center in Rochester, MN.

Details

• Inpatient CT Body division within a Level I trauma center
• Strong cardiac, trauma, and stroke experience required, including TAVRs and coronary imaging
• 8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Charting via Epic EMR
• On-site position; no teleworking available

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required, and/or 3 completed travel assignments
• Associate's degree in a related field and graduation from an accredited radiography program required
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
• Active state license required if applicable
• No pending licenses accepted
• Experience with cardiac, trauma, and stroke CT imaging, including TAVRs and coronaries
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required

Additional Information

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with department standards, with competence across a variety of CT equipment and technology
• Maintain safety guidelines for patients, self, and support personnel
• Must be available to work varied shift lengths and respond to on-call needs, including evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends as required
• COVID vaccination and booster required for eligibility
• Date of birth (DOB) required for consideration
• Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may remain on assignment for up to one calendar year from the initial start date; a 30–60 day break is required before starting a new assignment
