American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Antigo, WI, utilizing Epic EMR.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
Current BLS certification required
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Active PT license required if applicable
