Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a 13-week travel assignment performing general abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound in a diagnostic imaging department.
Details
- Work in a hospital diagnostic imaging department offering a full range of imaging services including X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT, and Ultrasound
- Modalities include general abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound
- Day shift with varied hours, working every weekend
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience required
- ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB) and OB/GYN required
- Current, active BLS (Healthcare Provider) required
- Active, unencumbered Oregon Sonography license required if applicable
- Hospital setting experience preferred

- Support diagnostic imaging teams by providing high-quality ultrasound imaging to assist physicians in fast and accurate diagnosis
- Imaging department utilizes state-of-the-art technology including PET-CT, one of the most advanced diagnostic tools available for cancer and other diagnoses
