Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position requiring a minimum of 1.5 years of experience, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, working night shifts in a New Jersey hospital.

Details

• Work in the ICU of an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1.5 years of ICU nursing experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Travel pairs or groups will not be considered
• No RTO will be approved during the first week of orientation; no more than 3 days of RTO will be approved for the duration of the contract
