Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 2-3 years of experience, including GI procedures, C-arm, and portable X-ray, for a 13-week travel contract in a Level I Trauma facility.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting within a Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray unit
- Procedures include GI procedures, general X-ray, C-arm use within the OR, and portable X-ray
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
- Equipment and software includes Siemens, GE OEC, Ziehm, Shimadzu, and Philips PACS
- Epic EMR required
- 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- On-call as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Radiology Technologist experience
- Active FL CRT and ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required through AHA
- Epic EMR experience required
- Experience with one or more of the following: Siemens, GE OEC, Ziehm, Shimadzu, or Philips PACS
- FL or compact license required if applicable
- Must successfully complete a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening, including fingerprint-based state and federal criminal history checks, abuse registry review, and screening for disqualifying offenses
- All certifications must be current at time of consideration

- Smoke-free facility
- Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to be considered at a local rate
- Proof of vaccination status required — declinations not accepted
- This unit does not require the Basic Arrhythmia assessment
