Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week outpatient assignment performing routine and stat CT exams including heads, abdomen, pelvis, angiography, and extremities.

Details

  • Outpatient health center setting with the primary location being an imaging-focused healthplex
  • CT studies performed include heads, abdomen, pelvis, angiography, and extremities — both routine and stat exams
  • Equipment includes Siemens CT unit
  • EMR: Epic (required); PACS: Visage (preferred)
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
  • 40 hours per week
  • Weekends are not typically required but may be requested on an as-needed basis
  • Occasional holiday coverage may be required, including potential coverage at an alternate location

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience preferred
  • Active VA state license required at time of consideration
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ARRT-CT certification required
  • Strong IV skills required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • PACS experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Perform routine and stat CT exams across a broad range of study types including vascular and extremity imaging
  • May be asked to cover an alternate facility location on an as-needed basis
  • Orientation is up to 1 week
  • Black scrubs required
