Description

American Traveler is hiring a Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of IR experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Day shifts, 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-call required, including some weekends
• Procedures include stroke thrombectomy, embolization, kyphoplasty, fistulagram, arteriogram with intervention, venogram with intervention, dialysis access, venous access, Y90, chest port placement, nephrostomy tube placement, PTC, G-tube placement, and TIPS
• Utilizes Philips Azurion, Siemens equipment platforms, and ultrasound for arterial/venous access

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• ARRT (R) certification required; VI credential preferred but not required
• Current BLS required
• Proficiency with Philips and Siemens imaging equipment platforms required
• Competency with ultrasound guidance for arterial and venous access required
• SC or Compact state license required if applicable
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
