Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical Float Pool position at a Level II Trauma teaching hospital in West Virginia, with day shift scheduling and a traveler-friendly environment.

Details

Short-term acute care hospital setting within a major teaching hospital and member of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH)
Level II Trauma facility with 330 staffed beds
Medical Surgical Float Pool unit
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Charting performed in Cerner
Free parking available for travelers in both a parking lot and parking garage

Requirements

Active WV or Compact RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Two professional references required for consideration
PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Required scrub color is Hunter Green; a Cabell-branded T-shirt may be substituted for the scrub top
If assigned to the Surgery department, facility-provided surgical scrubs must be worn
