Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Echo Sonographer with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract at a Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM.

Details

• Work in the Cardiopulmonary Specialty Services department of a 194-bed Level III trauma center serving the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah
• Patient population spans all age groups, including pediatric patients
• Primary focus on cardiac diagnoses and treatment
• Uses GE Vivid E95 ultrasound equipment
• Cerner EHR
• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• On-call required every 5th week, with weekend call every 5th weekend
• No float requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Echo Sonographer
• CCI or RDCS certification required
• BLS and ACLS required — must be AHA-issued
• Proficiency with adult echocardiography required
• Pediatric echocardiography experience required
• License required if applicable
