Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVICU position requiring a minimum of 18 months of recent CVICU experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.

Details

Position is located in a large academic hospital CVICU
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts only)
13-week contract

Requirements

Active OH RN license or Compact state license currently in hand
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU or the applying specialty
Minimum 18 months of recent CVICU experience required (travel experience accepted)
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required
Traveler must work at least every other holiday
Assignments at this health system are limited to 18 consecutive months, after which a minimum 6-month gap is required before returning to any location within the same health system
