Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN Circulator for an Operating Room position in Caldwell, ID, requiring at least 1 year of OR circulating experience and Da Vinci robotics skills.

Details

• Located in an Operating Room with 6 surgical suites
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Procedures performed include ortho, neuro, spine, urology, general surgery, GYN, bariatrics, podiatry, endoscopy, and ECTs
• Da Vinci robotic surgery experience utilized in this role
• Equipment includes Stryker, Steris, Olympus, Zimmer, and Mizuho
• Documents in Meditech EMR
• Shift hours are 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Floating required between Main OR, Endoscopy, and Outpatient Surgery (2nd floor)
• Unit staffed with RNs, CSTs, OR Aides, and Anesthesia Techs

Requirements

• Active Idaho RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience required
• At least 1 year of recent OR RN circulating experience required
• Experience in relevant service lines such as ortho, spine, urology, and/or general surgery required
• Da Vinci robotics experience required
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Primary role is RN Circulator in the OR
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
