• Outpatient rehabilitation therapy clinic setting in Wheaton, MN
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Opportunity to work at a second location may be available for candidates interested in additional hours

Requirements

• Current, active OT license in Minnesota (license required if applicable)
• OT degree and relevant clinical qualifications required
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
