Description

American Traveler is hiring a licensed RN for a Home Health position in Wisconsin, requiring HCHB and OASIS experience with a Monday–Friday day schedule and no call or weekend obligations.

Details

Home health setting serving patients across Door County and Kewaunee Counties, WI
Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
No on-call, no weekend, and no overtime requirements
Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR
OASIS documentation required

Requirements

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 12 months of Home Health nursing experience within the past 3 years
HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR experience required
OASIS competency required
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
13-week contract
