Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with 2-3 years of recent experience, including GI procedures, C-arm use in the OR, and portable X-ray, for an evening shift position at a Level I Trauma facility.

Details

• Acute care hospital radiology department
• Procedures include GI procedures, general X-ray, C-arm use within the OR, and portable X-ray
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
• Equipment and software includes Siemens, GE OEC, Ziehm, Shimadzu, and Philips PACS
• Epic EMR experience required
• 5x8 hour evening shifts, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with call responsibilities
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Radiology Technologist experience
• Active FL CRT and ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required through AHA
• Proficiency with GI procedures, general X-ray, C-arm use in the OR, and portable X-ray
• Experience with one or more of the following: Siemens, GE OEC, Ziehm, Shimadzu, or Philips PACS
• Epic EMR experience required
• FL or compact RN license required if applicable

• This is a smoke-free facility
• Local candidates within 60 miles of the facility are considered for this position
• Proof of vaccination status is required — declinations are not accepted
• Candidates must pass a Basic Arrhythmia/dysrhythmia assessment prior to starting; a re-take opportunity is available within 24 hours if needed
