Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and a minimum of one prior travel assignment.
Details
- Interventional Radiology unit in a hospital setting
- Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- On-call required one weekend every 4–6 weeks; weekday call required once every other week, with no additional weekend requirements
- May float to the cath lab holding area
- Candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
Requirements
- Active DC RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, cath lab, procedural areas, ICU, or ER
- At least one prior travel nursing assignment required
- Experience with moderate sedation administration for procedures required
- IV insertion experience required
Additional Information
- No holiday time-off requests will be accommodated
- Flu vaccine required for all staff at this facility
- Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
