Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week home health assignment on a day shift schedule.

Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts; 4x10 schedule also considered
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Current BLS certification required
Active PT license required if applicable
Driver's license required for consideration
2 professional references required for consideration: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles may be considered at a different rate
