Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel Rad Tech for a Radiology night shift position requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification, with Epic EMR experience in a full-service tertiary hospital in Ardmore, OK.

Details

• Radiology department in a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds
• Night shift schedule: 4x10, Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM
• On-call required as needed
• Floating within the facility required as needed
• EMR: Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Radiology experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Active Radiologic Technology Certification and ARRT required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Radiation Safety Training and MRI Safety Training for non-MRI personnel required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documentation of scheduled renewal is provided
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local candidate rate adjustment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts; after completing 3 consecutive contracts, a minimum 1-year separation from the facility or a transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
