Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS and PALS certifications, with night shift scheduling on a 13-week contract.

Details

  • Emergency Department (ER) setting in a hospital environment
  • Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Every other weekend required
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active NM or Compact RN license required
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
  • Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience required; 3 years preferred
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
  • No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved; no RTO during the first week of orientation
  • Travel pairs or groups will not be considered for this position
  • 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
