Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU travel assignment requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and active OK or compact RN licensure.

Details

• ICU setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Floating required within scope to meet facility needs, including to other facilities within a 75-mile radius
• Block scheduling requests are not accommodated
• Charting is performed in Epic

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required — pending licenses are not accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Driver's license and a utility bill with matching address (dated within the last 3 months) required for consideration
• 2 supervisory references required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications required for consideration
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent staff of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
• RTO is limited to no more than 5 days per 13-week assignment; holidays and blackout dates may not be requested as RTO
