Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a critical access hospital, with X-ray skills required and first-time travelers welcome.

Details

  • Critical access hospital setting with 23 staffed beds
  • CT Scan unit — no floating within the unit, though travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
  • 4x10 hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
  • Weekends and on-call are not required
  • Patient ratio of 1:1
  • X-ray proficiency required in addition to CT
  • Epic EMR used; experience required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
  • Current ARRT certification and relevant state licensure (license required if applicable)
  • BLS required
  • Proficiency in X-ray in addition to CT scanning
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
  • Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
  • Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
  • Scrubs may be any color; OR/L&D scrubs are provided
  • No parking fee on site
  • Minimal RTO is preferred for this position
