Description
American Traveler is hiring a Lead MRI Technologist with 7+ years of experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, for a 26-week contract requiring prior travel experience.
Details
- Acute care hospital MRI unit
- Monday through Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- 26-week minimum contract
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of MRI experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Prior travel experience required
- MRI certification through ARRT or ARMRIT required
- Current BLS required
- Meditech EMR experience highly preferred
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Serves as the working lead MRI technologist, overseeing daily operations within the MRI department
- Responsibilities include adjusting and creating scanning protocols on MRI equipment
- Creates and manages on-call and daily staff schedules
- Strong collaboration skills across modalities and departments are essential
