Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring at least 1 year of OR experience, with on-call responsibilities and a 4x10-hour day shift schedule.
Details
- Hospital Operating Room (OR) setting
- Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- On-call responsibilities required
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Requirements
- Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler
- No travel pairs or groups will be accepted
- RTO is limited to no more than 3 days and will not be approved during the first week of orientation
