Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Cincinnati, OH area, requiring at least 1 year of PT experience and current state licensure.
Details
- Home health setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations
- Service area covers downtown Cincinnati, Indian Hill, Colerain Twp., Norwood, Forest Park, and Sayler Park
- Productivity expectation of 7 visits/day or 35 visits/week
- Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends required, though flexible scheduling allows weekend visits at the clinician's discretion
- 13-week contract
- Home Care Home Base is the EMR system used; facility will provide training if the candidate lacks prior experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Current state PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- EMR training on Home Care Home Base will be provided as needed
