Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of pediatric ECMO experience for a NICU night or day shift travel assignment at a leading children's hospital in Boston.

Details

  • NICU setting at a major pediatric children's hospital in Boston, MA
  • 13-week travel contract
  • Both night shift (7p–7a) and day shift (7a–7p) schedules available, 3x12-hour shifts
  • Pediatric and neonatal patient population
  • Hands-on experience with the ECMO pump required in daily practice

Requirements

  • RRT credential required (CRT not accepted)
  • Active MA Respiratory Therapy license required if applicable; pending MA license will be considered
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ECMO experience in a pediatric hospital setting
  • Prior completed travel assignment required; first-time travelers will not be considered

Additional Information

  • Provide advanced respiratory therapy care to critically ill neonatal patients in a high-acuity NICU environment
  • Pediatric ECMO pump management is a core component of this role
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a reduced local pay rate
