Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cath Lab position at an acute care hospital in Wisconsin, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Cath Lab of an acute care hospital
• Required procedures include: Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations (Adult), IABP Placement/Removal, Impella Insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left/Right Heart Catheterization, Pacemaker/Defibrillator Lead Extraction/Removal, PCI, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz Monitoring, and Rotablator Atherectomy
• Preferred procedure experience includes: ASD Closures, Scrub Procedures, TEE, Valvuloplasty, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion, Watchman Procedure, EP Procedures, GI Procedures, and Genitourinary Procedures
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 0700–1730
• On-call is required
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Floating into the Recovery unit is required as needed
• Epic EMR used; experience preferred but not required
• Free parking available

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required; pending WI/compact license also accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
