Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience in CT radiology, including trauma and stroke cases, for a night shift travel assignment in Indianapolis, IN.

Details

• Work in a CT radiology department within a 540-bed acute care facility
• Patient population includes emergency, trauma, and stroke cases
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Equipment includes Philips and Siemens CT scanners
• EMR is Epic
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• 2 call shifts required per week
• Float requirement is limited to call coverage

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CT technologist experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, and ISDH licensure
• Experience with trauma and stroke cases required
• IV skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible work environment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• License required if applicable
• US SSN required

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging with a focus on emergency, trauma, and stroke patient populations
• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate flexibility
• Grey scrubs required; hooded jackets are not permitted
• EKG testing is required as part of the consideration process — candidates are allowed 2 attempts; if not passed, reapplication to this facility is permitted after 30 days
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
• First-time travelers will be considered based on meeting all other qualifications
