Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Float Pool Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring at least 3 years of experience, Meditech proficiency, and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Float Pool unit with possible floating to similar units
- Telemetry patient population in a Med/Surg setting
- Meditech EMR — experience required
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active MA RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification (ARC or AHA)
- Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Telemetry competency test administered on the first day of orientation
- Every other holiday coverage required
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but at a reduced pay rate
