Description
American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a field nurse role in the Rockville, MD area, requiring HCHB experience and a productivity standard of 5 patient visits per day.
Details
- Home health field nursing role covering the Rockville office, with some coverage of the Silver Spring office
- Patient population includes all-diagnosis discharges from hospitals, MD offices, and SNFs
- Productivity expectation of 5 patient visits per day
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- No weekend or holiday work required
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience required
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience required
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide skilled nursing visits to patients across a variety of diagnoses in a home health setting
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
- RTO requests are limited to 1 during the assignment
