Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience for an evening and overnight position covering a mix of weekday and weekend shifts at a community hospital.

Details

• Community hospital setting serving outpatient, inpatient, OR, and ER patient populations
• CT department with 2 scanner rooms and a daily caseload of approximately 50
• Procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and CTAs
• PACS experience required; IV start experience preferred
• Toshiba scanner experience preferred
• Schedule is Wednesday and Thursday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Friday–Sunday 10:30 PM–6:30 AM
• Every weekend is required as part of this schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate locations is expected

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Current BLS and ARRT certification required
• License required if applicable; pending license accepted
• Proficiency with PACS required
• Experience across outpatient, inpatient, OR, and ER settings required
• 1 supervisor reference minimum required for consideration

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility; local candidates are accepted for this Radiology position
• Pre-start modules are required to be completed before the assignment begins
• Travelers who previously worked at this facility as permanent staff or per diem must have been separated for at least 3 months from their last shift
• RTO requests of no more than 5 days are preferred
• 13-week contract minimum; longer contracts may be considered
