Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for an 8-week Epic conversion contract requiring active CA licensure, Epic and Cerner experience, and night shift availability.

• Emergency Department (ER) setting
• Night shift schedule
• 8-week contract duration supporting an Epic EMR conversion
• Both Cerner and Epic EMR systems are used

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3 years of ER nursing experience required
• Experience working in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months required
• Cerner and Epic EMR experience required; minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months
• 2 supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Candidates must have a clean, unrestricted license with no prior license actions

Additional Information

• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for the duration of the contract
• No RTO requests will be considered
