Description

American Traveler is seeking a full-time RN for a Home Health position in Vermont, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active VT or compact RN license.

Details

Home health setting serving individuals of all backgrounds across central Vermont
Services include home health, hospice, health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health
Tuesday through Saturday day shift schedule
16-week contract

Requirements

Active VT or compact RN license required
BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care following the nursing process in accordance with physician orders
May serve as Case Manager when acting as the lead discipline on a case
This is a rapid response/crisis position, indicating an urgent need for placement
COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
