Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 1+ year of L&D experience, working 12-hour night shifts at a hospital in Golden, CO.

Details

• Labor and Delivery unit at an acute care hospital in Golden, CO
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 days per week for 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required
• Required certifications (must be AHA and not expire prior to start date): BLS, NRP, and either C-EFM or AWHONN
• ASN from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients
• Performs health teaching, counseling, and delegated medical functions including reviewing and monitoring therapy and treatment plans
• Refers patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment and documents care per hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Previous permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• Two references required for consideration
