Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist with at least 1 year of CT experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care radiology department in Mankato, MN.
Details
- CT Scanning department within a radiology division
- Two scheduling options are available: Position 1 is 36 hours/week with 3x12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Position 2 is 40 hours/week with 4x10 or 5x8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM depending on staffing needs
- On-call pager availability required, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Charting performed in Epic
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; ARRT (CT) preferred
- Active state license required if applicable
- BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
- Ability to work varied hours and shift lengths, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently
- Date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Produce high-quality diagnostic CT images meeting established radiology department standards
- Maintain competency across a variety of imaging equipment and technology
- Practice and enforce proper safety guidelines for patients, self, and support personnel
- Flexibility to staff various work locations and shift schedules is expected
- COVID vaccination and booster required
- Travelers who have previously been on assignment at this facility may remain for up to one calendar year from their initial start date; a 30–60 day break is required before starting a new assignment
