Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift contract at a short-term acute care hospital in Indiana, with experience serving inpatient, outpatient, and ER populations.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 174 staffed beds
• CT department with 85+ employees serving inpatient, outpatient, and ER patients
• ER department consists of 38 beds
• Experience with neonates, infants, and pediatric patients is preferred
• EMR: Cerner (experience required); PACS: Synapse
• Night shifts: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• Floating to sister/affiliate facilities may be required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT(R) required; ARRT(CT) preferred
• IN Radiology license required (pending state license accepted); license required if applicable
• Current BLS (AHA or RQI accepted)
• Cerner charting experience required
• 2 supervisor references required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates who are Indiana residents are accepted, though at a different pay package than out-of-state travelers
• Candidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Up to 5 days of RTO can be auto-approved
• Any former permanent or PRN employees of IU Health must have been separated for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler
• Travelers who have accrued 12 months of travel employment within IU Health are required to take a consecutive break to reset eligibility: out-of-state residents require a 90-day break and in-state residents require a 180-day break, prior to the traveler's year mark
