Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract with on-call requirements and scrub/circulating experience preferred in GYN, General, and Ortho.
Details
- Operating Room (OR) setting in a hospital environment
- Day shift, 5x8 hours, with start times of 10:00–18:30 or 11:00–19:30, Monday through Friday
- On-call required approximately 4–6 shifts per month
- Floating between all facilities within the state is required; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
- Epic EMR experience required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active WA or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of OR RN experience required
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Scrub and circulating experience in GYN, General, and/or Orthopedic surgery preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with a permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this travel contract
- Former permanent employees of this facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront; minimal RTO is strongly preferred
- Prior work history at any Providence facility (including travel, permanent, or per-diem) must be disclosed, including location and dates
